I never thought I would be leaving a review for an exercise class (much less a positive one!) but I have absolutely loved Lola’s classes. I have just completed my final class before returning to work and feel sad that I can’t carry on. I am noticeably fitter and stronger 3 months in and Lola has helped me overcome my profound dislike of lunges! Being able to bring my baby along and having him socialise with others is both beneficial to him and I. Thank you so much Lola!

Really enjoy Lola's classes. This is my second pregnancy and wanted to prepare my body but am not a fan of yoga/Pilates. The classes are good fun and Lola takes her time to ensure you are exercising within your limits and listens to any concerns you have. Could not recommend this highly enough.

Really enjoy the pudding club fitness maternity classes, I'm so glad I found out about them. Lola's classes are perfect for getting and keeping fit during pregnancy. She takes the time to check what you can/can't do and there's always the option to modify moves to suit your ability. I really recommend Lola's classes, I'll be signing up to the post pregnancy classes!

Can’t recommend Pudding Club Fitness enough! Such a fun way to keep fit whilst pregnant. And it’s the only class like this in the area!

A great, positive class which is unique in its focus on postnatal core strength. Lola is an inspiration! She motivates us to get through sets of exercises that are well planned & explained and vary every week. There’s an option to follow homework too which I find much easier fitting into my day than getting to the gym. I look forward to this weekly class and that says a lot!
