Pudding Club Fit App
The PCF app is a perfect way to work towards your own individual fitness goals (weight loss, fat loss, strength or commitment to regular exercise) if:
you are limited for time
you want flexibility - short effective workouts that fit around daily life
you want to kick start or maintain a regular workout routine
you want the support and feeling of a community offered by a class
The app allows you to view workout sessions straight away, no matter what day or time it is. Once you sign up and complete a pre-screening form, you get immediate access to a 4-week fitness programme.
The app contains all the information you’ll need to complete your workout. From a full list of exercises, reps and sets along with a video to follow if you are unsure or worried you may be doing an exercise incorrectly. You can also use the app to log any additional exercises you do outside of the ones set (e.g. run or your own workout) and all completed workouts are visible to PCF to help keep you on track,motivated and celebrate results with you. You also have the option to log your nutrition on the app and upload photos of yourself to see progress from the start and end of the programme.
There are 3 phases of the programme if you wish to keep things progressing at a safe and effective level.
How does it work?
The whole programme is 12-weeks long but is broken up into 4-week phases. Each phase consists of a 7 day workout plan that you’ll repeat for a total of 4 weeks. Then if you wish to, you can move on to the next phase to continue your progress.
PHASE 1: Weeks 1-4, develop baseline fitness and skills for the rest of the programme.
PHASE 2: Weeks 5-8, build on the previous weeks, but the exercises increase in number and intensity.
PHASE 3: Weeks 9-12, add more metabolic conditioning to ensure results.
What do you get?
4 workout routines (two weight routines and two HIIT Core routines) ranging from 15-20 minutes, each week.
A dedicated private PCF App and/or Facebook Group within the Pudding Club Fitness page where you’ll be able to ask questions, encourage each other throughout and build a supportive community.
Meal and snack ideas to help you make small, but manageable changes to the way you eat in order to help you reach your individual goals.

Postnatal mums should wait at least six months and/or until they have regained strength in their core before moving on to this programme. If you’ve just had a baby and want to get fit again, why not try the Core & Floor Fit or Band & Bells Fit Classes instead?
This programme is not recommended for anyone who may have an abdominal separation or pelvic floor issues that have gone untreated by a GP or Women’s physiotherapist professional e.g. The Mummy MOT.
You are able to complete each phase as many times as you wish before moving onto the next. However, access will not be given unless you have completed a previous phase.
